Return & Refund Policy
Return & Refund Policy for Customized Travel Service
This refund policy applies to all tailor-made customized travel booking services provided by Beijing PrimeTravel International Travel Service Co., Ltd..

1. Free Cancellation & Full Refund
If clients cancel the customized travel order more than 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled travel departure date, we will issue a 100% full refund of the pre-paid travel deposit without any service deduction.

2. Partial Refund Rule
- Cancel between 15–29 days before departure: 70% refund of total prepayment;
- Cancel between 7–14 days before departure: 40% refund of total prepayment;

3. No Refund Condition
Orders canceled within 6 calendar days ahead of travel departure are not eligible for refund, since we have completed customized itinerary planning, reserved local guides, hotels and traffic resources in advance according to confirmed orders.

4. Force Majeure Exception
Travel orders canceled due to objective force majeure (natural disaster, official government travel restriction) can apply for full deposit refund after providing valid supporting documents.

5. Refund Processing Time
All approved refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment account within 7–15 working days after formal cancellation confirmation.
